Working in an office negatively impacts your health. Sitting for long periods of time, day-in and day-out impacts our mobility and
flexibility. Staring at a computer screen for hours on end, guess what, it's bad for your health too.
And to boot, we are working longer hours than ever before. There are many studies that confirm my statements and outline exactly why working
in an office is bad for your health.
We need yoga now more than ever to stay physically, mentally and spiritually strong and connected. Together we will get through this!
