Our Yoga


Complete and true to the authentic tradition of classical Yoga. Our classes incorporate relaxation, yoga asanas (postures/exercises), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to harmonise the body, mind and soul. 

Natural heat is built in the body using a combination of dynamic and static yoga postures. A strong focus is placed upon breath and mindfulness. 

We incorporate relaxation into every class, acknowledging the importance that it has in balancing and nurturing the body. Emphasis is also laid on relaxing during the postures and between postures. A complete practice that balances strength, movement, relaxation and stillness.
